Two of our wines, Private Reserve Red and Private Reserve White, are getting rave reviews. To make both wines, we start with the classic grapes of Bourdeaux and Burgundy, and carefully blend them. The result are wines with structure and balance which is the continuation of founder Bill Wetmore's vision - wines that subtly compliment a chef's creation and facilitate enjoyable conversation, ideally over lunch.
Our Private Reserve Red wine is a full-bodied, Cabernet Sauvignon blend with full berry flavors and adequate tannins for bottle aging.
Our Private Reserve White is a blend of Chardonnay and Seyval Blanc. It has the character and balance to to compliment a sophisticated meal, and is aged in stainless steel to preserve the fruit.
